C# Send Data to Different Controls in Separate Forms Using One Form
I'm writing a program that uses its own form to load external information from an XML then list out all that information in a ListViewBox. Each ListViewItem is generated using a for loop and a string called SortTag that is passed with the form is called.
foreach(XmlNode Child in Data.SelectNodes("Database/" + SortTag))
{
for(int i = 1; i <= NodeCount; i++)
{
ListViewItem Item = new ListViewItem();
Item.Text = Child.ChildNodes[i]["Name"].InnerText;
foreach (XmlNode Children in Child.ChildNodes[i])
{
Item.SubItems.Add(Children.InnerText);
}
lstData.Items.Add(Item);
}
}
Different control types will be calling the form to display information relevant to the control's function. Most of the controls calling the form will either be a TextBox or ListView.
I wanted to know if there was a way to send information from this one form to any control in the program.
