setting ionic_update_method is ignored for ionic pro live deploy
I have this strange issue with ionic pro and live deploy.
It seems that the live deployment configuration is in multiple files. That's the first problem. What file does it use for settings?
Not sure if it uses config.xml or package.json as the setting appears to be duplicated at least for me. Nonetheless, I have the same settings in both places.
"cordova-plugin-ionic": {
"APP_ID": "99999999",
"CHANNEL_NAME": "Master",
"UPDATE_METHOD": "none",
"WARN_DEBUG": "true",
"UPDATE_API": "https://api.ionicjs.com",
"MAX_STORE": "2",
"MIN_BACKGROUND_DURATION": "30"
},
When I perform an ionic run android command, I as see that under the platformandroid folder the is an output settings file android.json. When I open this file I can see the ionic pro settings. However, the update method is set to background. Sure enough when it runs on the phone it pulls a version from ionic pro. I have tried re-running the ioic pro plug in add command to see if that resets the settings, I have removed all modules, deletedre-added the platform.
However, this setting is just not getting update and must be getting pulled from somewhere.
