Avoid building the full solution when changing a referenced project in Visual Studio

I have recently updated to Visual Studio 2017 and found a different behave when building projects in a solution that is making me lose a lot of time. Let's say I have a Solution that include the Projects A and B. The project B is a website project that includes a reference to projects A. When I make a little change in the project A and build it, then refresh the website, it seems that project B doesn't get the changes made in project A until I build project B again.

When working with Visual Studio 2015, making a change in project A and rebuilding it, was enough for refreshing the website opened locally and picking the changes. Now I have to rebuild the project including the references to pick the changes. This project contains many references, so building it takes years, when building the referenced project doesn't take more than 30 seconds.

If anyone knows what setting in Visual Studio will change that behaviour it would be much appreciated. Many thanks.
