Enter or Select data dynamically from list in Power BI

0

I have a list of around 300 projects in the data set and i need the user to enter or select a decision of three (Fund, Cancel or Delay) for each of these projects, this entered or selected decision will effect the calculations of all other attributes.

I am attaching an excel sheet as a demo to explain my question, in column (B) "Decision", there is a drop down list which allows me to change the Decision for each project and reflect on the table (I:L).

The question: Is there any way to replicate the same view in Power BI, which allows the client to change the decision by himself?
