Fetch, Request, WebSocket, all failed to stop fetching stream after calling a proper function in Chrome

I tried Fetch, Request, WebSocket, all failed to stop/pause fetching stream from server after calling a proper function (e.g request.end()). When the stream is "paused" or "ended" Chrome doesn't stop fetching chunks, instead it caches chunks in cache memory. The only way to close connection with the server is closing the tab or the browser
