Accessing Identity Claims in SignalR Hub from different domains

I have front end built using VueJS and backend as ASP.NET Web API 2. I am also using SignalR.

Before login, I don't start SignalR connection with server. I post to owin authentication token endpoint using jquery ajax post to get a token. After that if token is successfully generated, I start SignalR instance.

BUT I am unable to access Identity/Claims on SignalR Hub.

Clients.All.Listen(Context.Identity); // gives null

My API and front end are in two different folders in different domains.
