google mail api oauth connection time out

I am getting this connection time out error on my server. I have 3 servers. In 1 server I am creating my development environment and there I am able to access the mail from gmail.
Then I deployed it to the 2nd server, and it is working there as well. When I deployed to the 3rd server I got this time out connection error:
Server Error in '/' Application.
