How can I plot a Tsne plot that it can be rotated?
I have plotted a tsne plot and I can see that if I look at these points by rotating them slightly towards left they are seperable.
The code that I wrote is :
model = TSNE(n_components=2, random_state=0, perplexity=50)
tsne_data = model.fit_transform(tfidf_dense)
tsne_data = np.vstack((tsne_data.T, final_label)).T
tsne_df = pd.DataFrame(data=tsne_data, columns=("Dim_1", "Dim_2", "label"))
sns.FacetGrid(tsne_df, hue="label", size=6).map(plt.scatter, 'Dim_1', 'Dim_2').add_legend()
My plot looks like this:
Tsne_plot
How can I modify my code so that tsne plot becomes interactive, (like this.)
python plotly

You need to run TSNE withn_components=3
. And then use plotly to plot the points in 3D.
