HLS stream stutter

0

For our music service we offer a 'radio' stream on Sonos using HLS, an while this stream plays well on other services, we experience some stutter when it plays on Sonos (confirmed on multiple devices).

Since we cant find any cause of the issue on our servers/logs, i was hoping that someone here could point me in the right direction for debugging this issue.

To give a bit more detail, what happens is that after about 10 - 15 minutes, the audio starts to stutter, and goes silent for some time, after which an error is shown in the controller, after a bit the music continues to play, but keeps having infrequent hickups. When the stream is stopped and started again, the problem goes away for 10 - 15 minutes again.
