Real-time Updating GridView in virtual mode

0

I have no idea how can i refresh values in GridView in real time in virtual mode. I'am try using code on msdn - msdn gridview virtual mode

So, i add my string into dictionary.

var cust = new Customer(
"Bon app'", "Laurence Lebihan");

this.dict.Add("string", cust);
this.customers.Add(cust);

Then i create background worker:

 private void backgroundWorker1_DoWork(object sender, DoWorkEventArgs e)
{
while (true)
{
try
{
this.dict["string"].CompanyName = "MyName" + new Random().Next(2, 1000).ToString();
Thread.Sleep(1000);

}
catch (Exception)
{
Thread.Sleep(1000);
}
}
}

GridView doesn't show changes in value CompanyName. It shows only if i clicked on this cell.

How can i make auto-update values in GridView, without using DataSource?

Thanks.
