How do you check if the UWSGI NGINX pipe is open before processing the request
I have a nginx webserver with an uwsgi-flask application server on an ubuntu-18 machine. Most of my requests take around 3-4 seconds to complete and this leads to a pileup of pending requests on uwsgi.
Nginx times out a lot of these requests even before uwsgi starts processing the requests. The funny thing is uwsgi still processes the requests even though a 502 response is sent back to the client by nginx. This results in a lot of unnecessary processing by uwsgi on already closed request.
So, How do I prevent uwsgi from processing these requests. Is there a configuration option or some way to do this in my code.
python python-3.x nginx flask uwsgi
