Swift Package Manager - adding package to a project

0

Swift Package Manager became quite popular, so it is logical to take advantage of this software distribution implementation. So I decided to add a package to my existing Xcode project. Unfortunately there is a lot of information how to create a package and just a few lines how to use one. The best approach I've found so far is to convert my project into package ... sort of.

So if anyone knows how to include a package to a ... let's say brand new Xcode project, please share your experience.

OS: macOS

Xcode 10, Swift 4.2

EDIT: Just to clarify - I did some research and had found some directions here. Unfortunately it is not working as expected.
