I'm trying to have environments with multiple version of cuda by using Anaconda by following this tutorial.
I've installed cuda 6.0 into /usr/local/cuda-6.0 and then created a new conda environment called cuda60.(Path is /home/user/.pyenv/versions/anaconda3-5.0.1/envs/cuda60)
I then created a script called .activate.sh under /home/user/.pyenv/versions/anaconda3-5.0.1/envs/cuda60/etc/conda/activate.d/
Following the tutorial, my .activate.sh script is as follows
#!/bin/sh ORIGINAL_LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/cuda-6.0/lib64:/usr/local/cuda-6.0/extras/CUPTI/lib64:/lib/nccl/cuda-6:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
I chmod'd it and everything but when I activated my version, the cuda version is still at 7.5(the first one I installed in the machine)
By the way, when I typed "which nvcc" into the terminal, I got
/usr/bin/nvcc
Ubuntu version is Ubuntu16.04.
Any help is very much appreciated and thank you in advance.
