Getting: Remote node has peer class loading enabled flag different (but they are the SAME)

Ignite 2.6.0 on Windows 7 (dev environment with single node)
config file has:
<property name="igniteInstanceName" value="digrid"/>
<property name="peerClassLoadingEnabled" value="true"/>
Java client also has peerClassLoadingEnabled=true.
Most of the time client starts, connects to Ignite server and it works. However sometime client startup fails saying remote node (the server) has perr classloading disabled. If I restart the server the problem is resolved. I don't think I have any config wrong because I am not changing config to make it work (just restarting). It is as if the handshake during connection is sometime not passing proper peerClassLoadingEnabled value.

Please share full configuration of server and client nodes. Also make sure, that the client doesn't connect to a wrong cluster. You can check it by looking at the IP addresses.
