Display partial handlebars based on Mongoose json docs value

0

I would like to ask if I could pass a JSON value into a partial view in handlebars. So, the concept is getting the required data by id, then parse it into a partial view for display.

Here is the function to get the data :

app.get('/kid', (req, res, next) => {
kids.findById(req.query.id)
.then(docs => {
if (!docs) { return res.status(404).end(); }
console.log(docs);
return res.status(200).json(docs);
}).catch(err => next(err));
});

Here is the main page :

      <form action="kid/" method="GET">
<div class="form-group">
<label for="rfid">RFID : </label>
<input type="text" class="form-control" name="id">
<br />
<button type="search" class="btn btn-primary" value="Search">Search</button>
</div>
</form>
</div>
{{#if kids}}
{{> admin_data.hbs}}
{{else}}
<div class="widget">
<div class="tap" style="text-align:center;">
<img src="assets/pictures/istockphoto-948544138-612x612.jpg"
style="width: 200px; height: 150px;">
<p>Tap RFID Card</p>
</div>
</div>
{{/if}}
</div>
</div>

And this is the partial view :

<div class="content">
<div class="main">
<div class="widget">
{{#each kids}}
<p>{{ this.name }}</p>
<p>{{ this.dob }}</p>
<p>{{ this.gender }}</p>
<p>{{ this.address }}</p>
{{/kids}}
</div>
</div>

I am new to node js and I don't have any idea how should I write the function to render the data into a partial view. Thank you so much for all of your help.
