Custom operation is not displaying in TensorBoard graph
I'm using TensorFlow version 0.12. In my model, I used a custom operation like this:
with tf.variable_scope('custom_operation') as scope:
mmap = custom_operation(Conv, variable1=0.2, variable2=0.01)
_activation_summary(mmap)
The output shape is exactly as expected. My model is also running perfectly (though loss is very high). But the problem is in the Tensorboard I can see all the convolution and transpose convolution operations in the Tensorboard except "mmap" layer. How can I see the above operation layer, i.e., mmap, in the Tensorboard graph? Any type of help will be highly appreciable. This is my first model which I'm trying to develop using TensorFlow.

Still facing the same issue. If anyone has any solution please suggest.
