Merging JSON files for Elasticsearch using Python
I have 2 JSON-like strings that will be fed to Elasticsearch at some point and that look like this:
"{requirement id: 1, other fields ...},
{requirement id: 2, other fields ...}"
"{testcase id: 1, other fields},
{testcase id: 2, other fields}"
I have a third JSON-like string that relates the other two:
{requirement id: 1, testcase id:2},
{requirement id: 1, testcase id:2}
What I want is the following:
{requirement id: 1, coverage:[{testcase id:1},{testcase id: 2}]}
{requirement id: 1, coverage:{}}
It's basically a join as you can see, but I haven't found an easy way to do this. I have thought that maybe I can use the json library to turn my strings into objects or something similar. Any ideas?
