How I can process queue in laravel with custom jobs (not created by my code)

I have queue in Laravel where I add jobs in controller action based on request params with code like this

dispatch(new JobTypeOneClass($somerequestparams));

And this data store in queue using json in this format

{
"displayName":"App\Jobs\JobTypeOneClass",
"job":"Illuminate\Queue\CallQueuedHandler@call",
"data":
{
"commandName":"App\Jobs\JobTypeOneClass",
"command":"O:25:"App\Jobs\JobTypeOneClass":

and etc.

The laravel framework code extract class name JobTypeOneClass from json and create new instance of this class and call handle method

How I should process jobs if someone put jobs(type 2) in my queue without any fields above, just raw data from non laravel software
