sql select is not working after successful sql insert using pg: 7.5.0 with node.js

My scenario is a review section for a book. I'm successfully inserting the data in the database but the select query that is right after the insert query is not returning any item. What am I doing wrong? Please, find some code below for your reference.

It would be nice if you could give a more detailed description of how it doesn't work. To do that you might want to add error handling see first sample on following page where they log err to the console: node-postgres.com/features/queries
