Could you be more specific? What do you mean by ontology?

I have modeled java domain knowledge in an ontology. So I am trying to develop a candidate recommendation system which automatically generate questions and evaluate the answers given by the candidate. I want to retrieve the correct answers for the questions from the ontology.

this is called question answering - I don't know what you expect as an answer here? I mean, it's an unsolved research topic, do a literature survey if you're interested in it. For RDF related QA, there is the QALD challenge every year. Read the papers, try to understand, and then implement your own QA framework or reuse one of the existing ones

yes I am doing a research on that problem. What I am looking for is that are there any methods that we can use to convert natural language in to RDF triples. and also I want to know that are there any other methods to retrieve data from an ontology with out using SPARQL queries. Sorry if am bothering you. Actually I am new to this area. @AKSW

there are "methods", they are mentioned in >50 research papers I'd say. There is not "the method". And it's not just a single line of code. I mean, usually it needs a complex NLP pipeline or nowadays people also make use of sequence models (aka Deep Learning).
