Wordpress strange issues overnight
Suddenly overnight my websites have stopped working.
I have noticed that in the admin there is no
appearance > menus and appearance > widgets
None of the responsive scripts are getting loaded for mobile too.
I think that its not referencing the functions.php file, but I have no idea how to link it up again,
I have deactivated all plugins and swapped themes too.
I know this is not much to go on.

Thanks for your help.

You're right, that's not much to go on. Is it a custom theme you're making? If so, what was the last change/feature you did? Did you mess with any core wordpress files and functions? And for debugging, go to wp-config.php and turn it on with define('WP_DEBUG', true);
