Can't “Run Report” on Current Record Dynamics 365

0

I have several custom reports that are set only to display on entity records. When I go to the entity records, there is an ellipses menu (screen shot below) that will show a "Run Report >" option.

The problem I am having is the "Run Report" menu doesn't stay out very long. It disappears and the highlight flies back to the "Delete" option. If by some miracle, the report menu stays out long enough for me to get the cursor to the report I want to run, clicking the report name does nothing. After half an hour of attempts, I have only been able to run 2 reports successfully. Those were by sheer luck and neither was the report I was actually trying to run.

I have tried this with a couple users on a couple different computers and many different browsers. The result is always the same: I can't run these record specific reports.

Any idea how I can get the "Run Report >" menu to stay out and allow me to actually run a report?

Screen shot of menu:
