How to make a 3d contour graph

At this link I have data for the latitude, longitude, along with ozone concentrations for each station. I want to make a 3D contour plot for these data.

This is what I have so far:

xlsread ('ICARTT20170602_GIS - Sheet1.xlsx');
StartUTC = ICARTT20170602_GIS - Sheet.xlsx(:,1);
StopUTC = ICARTT20170602_GIS - Sheet.xlsx(:,2);
Latitude = ICARTT20170602_GIS - Sheet.xlsx(:,3);
Longitude = ICARTT20170602_GIS - Sheet.xlsx(:,4);
Altitude = ICARTT20170602_GIS - Sheet.xlsx(:,5);
Ozone = ICARTT20170602_GIS - Sheet.xlsx(:,6);
contour(StartUTC,StopUTC,Latitude,Longitude,Altitude, Ozone)

This code does not work. How can I fix it to work?

  • I edited my post so that you can see what I'm playing around with. I want to make a contour map using the contour(StartUTC,StopUTC,Latitude,Longitude,Altitude, Ozone)

  • I see a figure now!! Thank you !!

  • I remember at first I was trying to use the function load instead of xlsread haha

  • Ok, so a figure shows up however I don't see any lisoline lines. I just see a blank figure? Maybe its not reading all the data?
