In windows cmd line, How can I start a node app behind the scenes?

When I decide to be social, I want to run a command file to start up signal, discord and other things. These are, I think, node apps. The problem is that when signal or discord start up, they write to the cmd window console. If I kill that window some of the apps die.
The question is: How can I start these apps from a cmd file on the command line and they run in the background without having to write back to my command window. test.cmd is this:
start "Signal" /MIN /D "C:Usersrwg8AppDataLocalProgramssignal-desktop" signal.exe
start "Discord" /min /D "C:Usersrwg8AppDataLocalDiscordapp-0.0.301" Discord.exe
start node hello.js
The stuff they write to the command window is stuff like below, which I do not need to see in applications unless I am debugging them.
