window
-title "My Custom buttons"
-height 300
-width 400;
shelfTabLayout
-image "smallTrash.png"
-imageVisible true mainShelfTab;
shelfLayout Rigging;
button -label "Mirror Nurb/s"
-height 50
-width 100
-c "mirror_nurb";
checkBox
-width 100
-recomputeSize true
-label "Duplicate";
setParent ..;
// shelfLayout Rendering;
// setParent ..;
// shelfLayout Animation;
// setParent ..;
showWindow;

global proc mirror_nurb ()
{
if (`checkbox -q -value1 Duplicate`) duplicate;
doGroup 0 1 1;
scale -r -1 1 1 -puv;
ungroup;
FreezeTransformations;
}

So I'm trying to create a little menu of shortcut buttons that do some macro commands, but I would like to add or remove parts of the macro buttons.

For example, when the checkbox is enabled; it adds duplicate; to the macro command, and unchecked flips the nurb circle on the opposite side of the x-axis.

Granted if someone suggests some better code than what I have, I don't mind. I'm new to all of this mel scripting.
