Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040 after upgraded vs2017 to 15.9.2
when i add New Scaffolded Item, show below information
Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore, Version=2.0.3.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=adb9793829ddae60'. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
how can i solve it

What is your .NET Core SDK? Have you tried in PMCInstall-Package Microsoft.VisualStudio.Web.CodeGeneration.Design -Version 2.0.3. Refer to this link.
