How to change .Net Core and Asp .Net Core runtime settings
I am developing a demo website in Asp .Net core and I am trying to change some runtime settings such as the garbage collector settings.
In the old .net way you had a special runtime tag that you cold set in the app.config or the web.config files to change the settings.
It is mentioned in the documentation here
But in .net core I don't have an app.config or web.config file.
