Installing an older version of scikit learn returns errors
I am currently trying to deploy a python function that uses machine learning and some other calculations. I am attempting to create an enviroment where this function will work. I have python 3, 64-bit. The model was trained on Databricks and the default version of scikit-learn on Databricks is 0.18.1. So in order for me to use my model, I need scikit-learn 0.18.1. Here is the following code I have to import all libraries.
RUN pip install
numpy
pandas
scipy
scikit-learn==0.18.1
However, I always get an error with the scikit-learn==0.18.1 import statement. I think maybe this older version does not recognize this version of numpy or maybe I need that mkl package that came with an older version of numpy..? I am not sure how to proceed because I need that model.

python-3.x scikit-learn scipy install
