Getting error with webpack-dev-server when run 'npm run dev'

I'm trying to run npm in dev mode, but I'm getting this error again and again. I tried to reinstall node_modules folder, clean cache, npm install.
It works when I run npm run build, but doesn't work with npm run dev.

Please, add yournpm run devcommand frompackage.json. Do you usevue-clitemplate or a custom webpack configuration?
