How to automate ssh ECDSA key update when needed or avoid remote host identification changed messages?

I am looking for a way to ease ECDSA key update on my lan as I have a local environment with very high recycle rate on VMs (cloud provisioning and PXE baremetal provisioning).

I do not not want to disable completely the SSH key verification as this would impose risks.

Still I do want to either make ssh prompt me about the key change and allow me to press "y" to fix it or fully automate it based on the IP subnet.

Another aproach that I am consiring is if it would be possible to assure that the ECDSA keys survive between reprovisionign of the machines via kickstart install scripts... mainly how big of an issue it would be to hardcode the key and share it betwen instances (or something similar).

This is a home-office development-testing environment so security requirements are lesser than on production but still I do not want to fully downgrate the security just to accomodate this issue.
