Radgrid Scroll set position in bottom

I use a radgrid
with scrolling I bind the grid to a datatable
and all functions properly.
There are more then 100 items and by default it shows top rows and scrolling is working fine.
But I want to see the bottom items on the grid by default.
how can I do this?
