Reporting Service Advice For Performance

I am looking reporting tools for mssql. Our database is working on sql server. Besides, we calculated total record count . It is about 288000000. I need to get data fastly. But which tool do i need to use?. (There will be monthly, weekly and yearly reports or statistical tables will be prepared like pivot table)

And all the rows are presented on one row? If only small part how it perform in SSMS to retrieve the data?
