Constructing custom, defined types in untyped Racket?

I have a defined-type Foo in a source file using #lang typed/racket.
How would I construct this type in a #lang racket source?
E.g.:
#lang racket/base
(require "types.rkt")
(define (bar)
(Foo)) ; Where Foo is a defined type provided by "types.rkt".
types scheme racket typed-racket

Types in Typed Racket are not runtime objects, so it doesn't make sense to define them in untyped racket in "runtime" code. Can you clarify what you need? Something else, like a predicate, might be possible, but you need to give more information about what you want to use it for.
