implementing mosquitto.conf (bridge) in nodejs

A connection between Mosquitto and EMQX has been set up. I have also implemented the bridge connection into the mosquitto.conf. I need help in implementing the mosquitto.conf file into my nodejs application.

mosquitto.confis the configuration for the Mosquitto Broker, there is no concept of implementing it's configuration in a client
