Linking error when build shared lib that linked with another shared lib in Qt

I have 2 project for each of them is shared lib and I want to link lib 1 to lib 2.
When using build system cmake, i use target_link_libraries

for the first lib is

target_link_libraries (TARGET_NAME_LIB1 PUBLIC Qt5::Core )

and the second lib is

target_link_libraries (TARGET_NAME_LIB2 PUBLIC TARGET_NAME_LIB1 Qt5::Core )

Configure and Generate is done and then build the Solution, the first lib built successfully, but the second isn't because of linking error

public: static struct QMetaObject const ClassNameInLib1::staticMetaObject"

Note: i have read about this issue and i notice that the .h file shouldn't have more than Q_OBJECT and my project's .h have many classes foreach have Q_OBJECT.

for example

in lib1

namespace space1{
class LIB1_EXPORT class1 : public QObject
{
Q_OBJECT
public:
void m1();
};
class LIB1_EXPORT class2 : public QObject
{
Q_OBJECT
public:
void m2();
};
}

and in lib 2

class1 * c1 = new class1();
