The Greek basketball league system or Greek basketball league pyramid, is a series of interconnected competitions for professional basketball clubs in Greece. The system has a hierarchical format with a promotion and relegation system between competitions at different levels. There are currently nine different competitions on the pyramid: the 1st-tier Greek Basket League, the 2nd-tier Greek A2 Basket League, the 3rd-tier Greek B Basket League, the 4th-tier Greek C Basket League, the 5th-tier Regional A1 Category, the 6th-tier Regional A2 Category, the 7th-tier Regional B Category, the 8th-tier Regional C or C1 Category, and the 9th-tier Regional C2 Category.
