Restrict Event Flow/Behaviour Flow to a certain Event Category
I have created a "Registration Form" Event Category that has events that solely relate to the registration process for my site. I want to identify how users are interacting with the form and how they are progressing through the form - I have events like "username field focus", "registration form submit" etc. and I want to observe whether users are following a user journey that I anticipated or whether there are instances where users are deviating from this.
I thought that the Event Flow section would be the area to do this and I created a segment where the Event Category has to equal "Registration Form"; however, I see events outside of this category and believe that this segment is not limiting the events I see, but instead only showing me users who have at some point triggered an event within the "Registration Form" category.
Any ideas on how to restrict my Behaviour/Event flow to only show events within a certain Event Category?
I have Google Analytics 360 if I need to tap into nonstandard features.
